A Performance coach who lived everything she teaches
I’m a performance coach with a background in nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, holistic health, and Ikigai coaching, but more than anything, I’ve spent the last decade learning what it actually takes to build a life that feels aligned, not just impressive on paper.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve lived across five countries and three continents, building a life and career shaped by curiosity, movement, and a commitment to following what feels genuinely aligned. Rather than staying in paths that no longer fit, I’ve chosen to evolve - stepping into new environments, roles, and chapters as they’ve called for it.
These experiences - beginning with the early end of my figure skating career at 16 and a decade of building and rebuilding different parts of my life - taught me how to navigate transition.
How to notice when something is out of alignment. How to stay with uncertainty instead of rushing to fix it. And how to make decisions that come from inner clarity rather than external pressure.
That’s what my work has become: helping women move through their own transitions with more trust in themselves.
In my 1:1 Mentorship, I work with women who know there is more available to them, but feel stuck in the space between where they are and where they want to be. They’re often overwhelmed by possibility, unsure where to begin, or caught in overthinking that keeps them from moving at all.
Together, we create clarity, direction, and momentum - so decisions stop feeling heavy, and start feeling aligned and possible again.
