HI, I'M ZOE
A Performance coach who lived everything she teaches
My background is in strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, yoga, holistic health, and over a decade working in international sport. But more than anything, I've spent my life learning how to keep doing the things you love, and how to keep getting better at them, no matter your age.
I grew up as a competitive figure skater, until a misdiagnosed injury at 16 brought that chapter to an unexpected end. At the time, I thought I'd lost my chance to be an athlete.
Years later, I came back to skating as an adult, and in many ways, that's where this story really begins.
Coming back was exciting, but it was also humbling. My body wasn't the same, life wasn't the same, and I couldn't train the way I had as a teenager. I had to learn how to get stronger, recover better, fuel properly, and work with my body instead of constantly fighting it.
That experience completely changed how I think about performance.
Alongside returning to skating, I've spent the last 12 years living across five countries and three continents, building a career in sport and live events while continuing to study strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, yoga, and holistic health. Everything I've learned - through education, work, and my own experience - has shaped the way I coach today.
I'm interested in helping people perform well without sacrificing themselves in the process. Especially adults who have come back to sport, discovered a new passion later in life, or simply know they're capable of more than they currently believe.
Because I know what it's like to wonder if you've missed your chance.
And I also know that some of the most rewarding progress happens when you stop trying to get your 16-year-old body back, and start building the strongest version of the one you have today.
