With a multidisciplinary background in nutrition, exercise science, yoga, and holistic health, I founded Terra Balance to support women in reclaiming their health through evidence-based, cycle-aware practices.

My work is grounded in both modern science and ancient wisdom, with a focus on hormonal health, nervous system regulation, and intuitive lifestyle design. I take a whole-person approach to well-being—because true health extends beyond what you eat or how you move. It includes how you think, feel, and relate to your body each day.

Through this course and my broader work, my goal is to provide women with tools that foster not only physical vitality, but also mental clarity, emotional resilience, and deep self-trust.
